Welcome to Crystal Park!
Crystal Park is a family-friendly Johnson County subdivision located in Western Shawnee, north of Johnson Drive and east of K-7 Highway. Our community includes 179 homes, a private playground, and a beautiful pool for residents to use from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
We’re located within the well-respected De Soto School District, just a mile away from Prairie Ridge Elementary, Monticello Trails Middle School, and Mill Valley High School.
Recreational facilities are nearby. Crystal Park is within walking distance of Garrett Park with two playgrounds, baseball field, basketball court, walking trails and lots of green space. A short bike ride can take you to the Mid-America Sports Complex Park, Okun Fieldhouse, Shawnee Mission Beach Volleyball, and the KC Ice Center. Shawnee Mission Park is a ten minute drive, where you'll find an extensive network of trails for walking or biking, a public beach, boat rentals, fishing, and cultural events.

Pool - The pool is closed for the winter and will reopen Memorial Day weekend of 2026.
HOA Dues - Payment is due by February 2, 2026. If you are choosing partial payments, $397 is due by February 2 and the remaining $397 is due by March 2, 2026.
There are two options for payment:
1) Online through Cheddar Up (Processing fees apply)
2) Mail a check, payable to Crystal Park Homes Association, to Crystal Park HOA, 5427 Payne Street, Shawnee, KS 66226
Neighborhood Help? - Have a teenager that'd like to earn some extra money in our neighborhood? Email crystal.park.hoa@gmail.com and let us know if your child wants their name in a neighborhood directory for snow shoveling, lawn mowing, or leaf cleanup.
